Super League: Danny Brough's late try sees Huddersfield past Hull FC
Hull were condemned to a fourth straight Super League loss as they went down 22-16 to Huddersfield at the KC Stadium.

A late try from Danny Brough proved enough for the Giants to move back into second place in the table, Joe Arundel, Ukuma Ta'ai and Jermaine McGillvary having earlier crossed for the visitors.
The Black and Whites had actually broken the deadlock after just two minutes, through Chris Green, but still found themselves 12-10 down at the break.
A big hit on Luke Robinson by Gareth Ellis helped the hosts draw level at 16 apiece with a Mark O'Meley try, only for Brough to break his former club's hearts with six minutes remaining.
Cancelled out
Green's early opener was cancelled out by Arundel before Ta'ai put the Giants ahead for the first time on a sweltering afternoon, the forward going in from close range.
Hull hit back in the last minute of the first half, Ellis producing a barnstorming run before passing on to Kirk Yeaman, who dived over in the corner. Danny Tickle missed the conversion to leave a two-point gap after an absorbing first 40 minutes.
The Airlie Birds started the second period brightly as they forced back to backdrop-outs but they could not make the pressure pay, with Joe Westerman knocking on three metres from the line.
They paid the price for not turning their dominance into points when, against the run of play, Huddersfield extended their lead in the 55th minute when McGillvary rose above Tom Briscoe to claim Brough's up-and-under.
Things were knotted up when Ellis left Robinson flat out on the field, the ball being knocked out in the force of the tackle to allow O'Meley to barge his way over.
Scrum-half Robinson was taken off and in the aftermath of the try there threatened to be a dust up as the Giants players were particularly angered by Jacob Miller's celebrations.
The Hull half-back remained in the thick of the action as he scuffed a drop-goal attempt against the woodwork, while Shannon McDonnell almost scored in a bizarre piece of play before he was ruled offside.
Instead it was Brough who was crucially next to touch down, the Huddersfield half-back making amends for two poor attempts at one-pointers by weaving between two tacklers to get over.
