In depth

Verdict

Ripalong Lad, Notabotheronme and The Factor are the ones to consider here, and Ripalong Lad is nominated to follow up a first time out success. Notabotheronme represents Philip Hobbs who had a debutant winner at Exeter on Thursday, and he is related to winners. His breeding suggests that he needs a trip though, and this distance may be too short. The Factor is trained by Paul Webber and looks to have more speed in his pedigree, being a son of Classic Cliche. He is related to winning hurdlers and may give the selection most to do. Ripalong Lad showed promise on his bumper debut to be third, and made that experience count next time, scoring in game style at Ludlow. Ripalong Lad can score again.
