Verdict

This looks to lie between Waynesworld, Stack The Pack and Pristeen Spy, with the vote going to Waynesworld. Waynesworld looked an improved performer when scoring at Uttoxeter on Sunday and, racing under his penalty, he still looks fairly treated. As such, he gets the vote. Stack The Pack has won his last two and remains competitively weighted. Mrs Phillip debuts over fences here but ran to a mark of 96 over hurdles, which is fair. If Galtee View lines up, it will be his third run in three days, which is a big ask. House Warmer showed promise at Leicester in December 2004, but has clearly had his problems since. Sandywell George needs to turn back the clock in order to feature, while Valley Warrior has something to prove on his chasing debut. Finally, Pristeen Spy, a multiple point-to-point winner, showed more than enough in a similar course and distance event last time to suggest that he should be right in the thick of things today. However, the vote just goes to Waynesworld.
