We finish the most open race on the card, where Hugh The Man can defy top weight, with Miss Champers and Pup's Pride given as genuine threats. Nick Littmoden¿s runner returned from a two month absence to chase home Buscador over a slightly longer trip here earlier this month, he is sure to improve and may give Ian Mongan another Wolverhampton success. Dangers lurk on every corner though and Miss Champers has to be one of the main contenders. She missed the kick at Southwell last time but prior to that was on the top of her game winning twice and running a gallant third in a very competitive affair, all at the same track. She does have form here as well and must be in the shake up. Pup's Pride was well beaten by Miss Champers at Southwell last time but previously landed two sellers here and another bold showing is expected. A tough race for punters but Hugh The man may just be worth a small wager.
