    In depth

    Verdict

There is not too much strength-in-depth here and Claptrap, as always, is a far from confident choice to add to his profile. Killing Joke is running out of chances to prove himself so the lightly raced Welcome Back along with Ella Falls and Madhahir are the others that make up the shortlist. However, Claptrap, despite his shaky profile, is developing into a useful stayer for these sort of contests and is taken to give leading all weather rider Ian Mongan another visit to the winners enclosure at Dunstall Park.
