A horrible race from a punting perspective and only a minimum stakes play is recommended with Zarfasha, who is just preferred over Crusoe and Bella Pavlina on these terms. The last named has been mainly consistent in this sort of grade and may well be helped by the drop in trip. She has won her fair share on the All Weather over the last year, but it is has to be debatable as to whether this extended mile absolutely suits her. Crusoe has been a standing dish in these sort of races and has a habit of popping up to trouble the judge infrequently. He is one to consider if he is backed but he is not reliable enough to be recommending as a solid play. Neither in truth is Zarfasha, as he has the profile of a horse that should have won more times than he actually has done. However, is also fair to say that he would not be in a seller if it where any different, so, in the hope that Zarfasha can live up to his billing as the best in at the weights, he gets another chance to prove himself today.
