Verdict
Song Koi looks to have been found an easy opportunity here and she can beat Dexileos and Star Lad. James Given's filly is a model of consistency and put up another sound display last time when finishing a close third behind Bahama Belle over course and distance. That was a pretty weak affair but this is on a par with that contest and a big run is expected. Dexileos is very ordinary but should appreciate this drop in trip after finishing a close up third behind Go Garuda in a seven furlong Lingfield maiden last time. Meanwhile Star Lad comes into the argument on his recent fourth behind Star Fern at Southwell. Beamsley Beacon and Breezit are certainly not out of it on their best form, but Song Koi is more consistent than most of these and will not find many easier openings
