A Listed chase winner at Ascot, ULCK DU LIN has been competing in tougher handicaps this year. Paul Nicholls' charge can take advantage of the drop in class and come out best. Sir Valentino won at Ludlow before falling at Musselburgh last time when still in contention. He looks a bigger threat in this grade than Un Anjou and Miss Tenacious, both successful in lesser events last year and beaten off higher marks since.
