In depth

Verdict

Ela Re was useful in his heyday but also had a mind of his own and is probably best watched back over hurdles after a long time on the sidelines. Bedizen was dropped to this level for the first time in almost three years at Fakenham last time but couldn't get the better of market rival Knight Legend and this looks more competitive. Rushwee landed a handicap here in January but has been well beaten since, though is still preferred to the first-time blinkered Alhaque and Moon Melody. KNAR MARDY is a different proposition, however, and with track, trip and going in his favour is fancied to put some recent disappointments behind him back in this grade.
