From a shortlisted three of Bonchester Bridge, Sabreflight and Cloudless Dawn, we will side with the first-named. Bonchester Bridge disappointed at Huntingdon last time but, before that, had shown plenty of promise in bumpers and over hurdles. With her stable in form, and freshened up by a break, she can go well today. Much as she disappointed at Fakenham last time, Vertical Bloom's form before that brings her into things, while Diklers Rose has also shown a solid level of form, runs that include a course and distance win. That said, Cloudless Dawn holds her based on November Doncaster form but Sabreflight is a danger to one and all based on her wins here and at Sedgefield. Finally, Lady Speaker's bumper form is respectable and French import Beautiful Night is one to watch in the betting but, overall, we are happy to side with Bonchester Bridge, especially as she will be receiving weight from what appear to be her main rivals.
