Verdict

This finale may lack the quality of races earlier on the card but it's probably the most competitive. Clyne won well at Ffos Las and may still be on an upward curve but the handicapper may have reeled in Dormouse and Hollywood All Star. Norse Light, Akula and Catchin Time look closely matched on Leicester running while recent track and trip third Back By Midnight still looks a shade high in the weights. FATCATINTHEHAT is tumbling down the weights and may now be ready to take advantage. There was more promise in his latest run at Haydock and he should again beat Wells De Lune.
