Verdict

Chergan is a consistent chaser, but he may need a little help from the Handicapper, but one who is clearly on the upgrade is Cill Churnain, who impressed when hacking up over course and distance back in July. Although 11lbs higher now, he is still well treated compared to his hurdles mark and there looks plenty more to come. Bush Park goes well fresh and represents last years winning stable. He is now back down to a mark he has won off in the past and looks sure to play his part. Suspendid can hardly be expected to be getting much better at his age, but his defeat of Moral Justice at Worcester back in June was comparable with the best of his form over fences. However, he is closely matched with Moral Justice on that run and isn't guaranteed to confirm the form. Nosam lacks consistency, while King Of Momur may need this outing, his first since May. With Cill Churnain hopefully still ahead of the Handicapper, he looks a sound choice to complete a hat-trick in his last three runs over fences.
