Verdict

Amadeus gets the vote here with Manoram and College City rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair third behind Papua last time out off this mark. This looks easier and under his optimum conditions he looks the one to be on. Manoram won well a couple of runs ago when having an uncontested lead. However he has since disappointed and as he is not likely to get an easy lead here he looks opposable. Collage City is another worthy of respect as he was a fair third behind Miska last time out. However he continues to be let down by his jumping when full pressure is applied and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Deep King is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he ran as if in the handicappers grip when second behind Bronzesmith last time. Of the remainder Artane Boys is from a shrewd yard which is in good form and he should be noted in the market but for the winner we return to Amadeus who looks well weighted on his best form.
