A small but competitive field goes to post for this competitive handicap. Just Maybe,iIt's Beyond Belief and Bear On Board are all sure to have there supporters. However we prefer to take a chance on Another General. The gelding from the richard Phillips yard is still on a fair mark compared to his best hurdle form and he will be hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Just Maybe was outclassed last time out in a listed race. However he should be more at home in this company but he will do well to give weight to Another General. It's Beyond Belief is a lightly raced nine year old who has plenty of scope for improvement. But his best efforts have come on slightly faster ground. Bear On Board was beaten off this mark last time and he will need to improve for this softer ground to score. The remainder need to better there best to take a hand in the finish.3.45
