Verdict

INGRATITUDE is the selection with Le Corvee and Soprano as the dangers. Ingratitude never really looked like winning on his chasing debut but that experience is unlikely to have been lost on him, and were he able to demonstrate anything of his hurdling ability, he would be a warm order to oblige here. Le Corvee seems to have been around forever and is 0 from 5 at this discipline. A fair handicapper, it would be no surprise to see something here to improve past him. Soprano won a maiden hurdle in decent style at Worcester in 2007. He has evidently had training problems since. That said, he could be anything. Creinch is yet to complete a chase in public. Norbonne Bandit had proven form in Ireland though would need to show more than he did at Sedgefield on his most recent start. Pagan Sword was tricky to win with on the level though consented to put it all in at Wetherby in March. Thenford Trout was a crack pointer in Ireland and while it is some time since he saw a racecourse, market support cannot be ignored. A trappy affair that should go the way of Ingratitude.
