Three times a winner in bumper-company, the Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained Lady Zephyr was narrowly beaten on her hurdling debut last month and is taken to gain compensation here at the main expense of Lady Dynamite and Nite Fox. The last mentioned hails from the in-form stable of Heather Dalton and should improve for going hurdling, having shown promise in bumpers. Brendan Powell's Sister Phoebe showed promise on her debut in a National Hunt flat race but disappointed on her hurdling debut at Stratford subsequently and is probably best watched. Tom George's Delphine has given little sign of encouragement in three starts in bumpers and may do better over hurdles although a bigger threat is likely to come from Lady Dynamite. Henry Daly's filly has shown respectable form in two starts in bumpers and could be interesting on her first start over hurdles but it is hard to oppose Lady Zephyr who has done little wrong in her career to date and is taken to gain her first success over timber.
