Lady Laureate is set to build on her promising reappearance, and can beat Jawwala and Rascella in the finale. Giles Bravery does not have too many runners over hurdles, and in fact Lady Laureate was having her first taste of timber topping since she was twice pulled up in the spring, when a close second at Stratford last month. She did not look too keen it has to be said and is not one to take too short a price about, but based on her Flat form, has the ability to prevail. Jawwala has had lots of opportunities and is already beginning to look exposed, while Rascella was a beaten favourite at Bangor where her hurdling lacked fluency. Rose Tea was a disappointing maiden on the Flat and is best watched, so in a weak race, Lady Laureate might just about do it.
