Some familiar names among the 15-strong field for the feature event on the card with the weights headed by Norma Macauley's grand servant Air Mail, who has not been in the best of form of late. Sundried Tomato has struggled off his new mark since winning handicaps at Doncaster and Wolverhampton but may do better now he is back over the minimum trip. The three-year-old finished second over course and distance in a similar contest last month, where Zarzu was close up in fourth place and the topweight eighth. The winner that day was James Stark from the in-form Nick Littmoden stable and, if able to reproduce his form that day, he could well win again and gets the TEAMtalk vote. Piccled has to race off a 12lb higher mark than his current turf rating and, although a winner of a 6lb lower mark when last seen on the sand, he does not appear well treated on his first run this winter. Sharp Hat, a winner over this trip at Wolverhampton last month, tends to win in turn, while Paddywack, who ended the turf season in good form, has carried that over to the all-weather and is another to consider. Night Shift Blue's may find one or two of these to quick over this trip having shown decent form over seven furlongs and six.
