Since leaving David Nicholls to join the Paul Johnson yard, Hormuz remains in good heart with a fast surface over a mile suiting him best. However the six-year-old also showed his liking for Southwell's fibresand when winning over this course and distance three runs ago and he remains open to further improvement on the all-weather. With his front-running tactics suiting this track well Hormuz gets the TEAMtalk vote ahead of Sweet Reward. The latter is slightly inconsistent but must be a danger in this class, although he is unproven on this surface. The same can be said of Katiypour who will also appreciate this ease in grade but makes his debut on this type of track while Glory Quest has previously run below form here and may be best watched.
