Karo De Vindecy has the best form overall, and should prove too strong for the likes of Was A Drive and Taleban. Karo De Vindecy returns to the scene of his two victories this season and will be much more at home on the fast ground than when tapped for toe in softish conditions over shorter at Cartmel just under a month ago. He has been left on a mark of 87, but defied his penalty when gaining the second of his two wins here and at the age of six, is open to more improvement than his five rivals. Was A Drive is going the right way and should soon get losses back after finding one too good at Southwell when sent off favourite last month. It is just unfortunate that he has to take on Karo De Vindecy today, and second may be all that he can hope for. Taleban has to give weight away to the selection and that will surely prove too hard on this, his first outing since running in a novices' hunter chase in March. Lord Of The Land is on the downgrade and can be passed over as well, and for the winner, Karo De Vindecy fits the bill.
