This event will not take too much winning and Lady Janal is taken to oblige, with Kindle Ball and Rouge Blanc set to fight out the places.Lady Janal found the three miles at Ayr last time a shade too far, and is much better judged on her previous effort at Newcastle over a similar trip to today's when finishing a a 13 lengths fifth behind Skenfrith, which in the context of this poor event is pretty decent form. Kindle Ball won a soft race at Southwell back in December but has since been put in his place in better contests at Hereford and Chepstow, however against this opposition he could still figure in the finish. The best of the others may well be Rouge Blanc who has shown a glimmer of form in two hurdle events and was the best of these on the flat. so not a race to place a heavy wager but Lady Janal does hold strong claims.
