In depth

Verdict

Double Blade is confidently expected to score again he won a similar contest at Perth last time out in game fashion when he defeated Night Fighter and with conditions again in his favour he will be hard to beat. Eden Dancer rates the main danger he is well in on his best form and showed a modicum of ability for his new stable over this course and distance when fourth behind Stereo Heights in a handicap last time out. Milan King has been beaten in sellers of late but he is a course and distance winner who goes on the ground and he has definite place prospects. Little Task won a handicap at Wetherby and on that form he will be hard to beat but that was with cut in the ground and he has failed to sparkle on faster ground since. Just Good Friends could run well at a big price with conditions in his favour and his yard in form. The remainder need to improve on there latest form to score.
