Verdict

Claret And Amber gets the call here in an interesting event, with Yajbill and Angel Sprints possibly proving his biggest dangers. The Richard Fahey-trained colt put in a good effort to score at Chester two runs ago, coming from off the pace on heavy going, and then performed with even greater credit when fifth behind Caeser Beware at Doncaster. Those types of efforts put him firmly in the picture here and he should go well. Yajbill and Angel Sprints both come here seeking hat-tricks and, given that they lack nothing in resolution, should ensure a decent pace and an honest race. Marching Song can also be given a chance, but might be vulnerable off topweight, while Something's debut form could by now have been boosted by the previous contest on the card. Overall, though, with his stable remaining in good heart, the vote goes to Claret And Amber.
