A tough classified stakes despite the obvious lack of runners. My Raggedy Man has been in terrific form for Richard Hannon over seven furlongs but today's contest is likely to be a tactical affair and he is opposed on this occasion. With Montecassino Abbey outclassed, the choice looks between three of them. Blue Sky Thinking has done nothing wrong this season but he reportedly has a chipped knee and this must be a concern on the ground. Anna Walhaan showed plenty of resolution to take a similar affair at Ayr in a three runner race but with the second horse being Pentecost, Ian Balding has a line of form to guage his Passing Glance again. He is reportedly the best three-year-old at Kingsclere at the moment and although he has underachieved somewhat, he should be good enough today. Likely to bowl along at the front, he is given as the Teamtalk selection.
