An interesting maiden to kick-start a competitive day of racing at Salisbury and plenty of these look worthy of noting for future reference. However, the impeccably-bred Orchestration looked a sure-fire winner in the making on his debut and he is selected to get off the mark today. Moonlight Man and Treasured House appeal the most out of those with previous experience whereas support for either Free Trip or Goomer will be interesting. But the percentage call is to stick with Orchestration as the son of Stravinsky bids to enhance his sire's growing stud reputation. The Roger Charlton-trained colt showed plenty of dash before tiring on his debut but will be a lot wiser this time around. The step up to six furlongs should not be a problem for him and, with high numbers favoured on fast ground, he should make a bold bid from a good draw.
