A small but competitive field goes to post for this handicap and many can be given chances on their best form but the principals look to be Alba Stella, Pavement Games and Mexican Pete and we will take a chance on Alba Stella. The Sir Mark Prescott inmate has shown a modicum of ability over shorter trips. He is bred to be suited by the step up in trip and he looks to be on a handy mark so he will be hard to beat. Pavement Games made all to win last time out but he had an easy lead there and he is not sure to get that here so we will oppose him on this occasion. Mexican Pete could also go well but he gave the impression he was in the handicappers grip when fourth behind Persephone Heights last time. Masterpoint is from a yard in form and is worthy of respect but he has plenty of weight for what he has actually achived so we are happy to stick with the unexposed Alba Stella.
