      Verdict

      Winning form is at some what of a premium in this handicap but after three improving efforts this term FIRST CAT has our confidence while any market support for handicap debutantes Fifty Moore and Taste The Victory would prick our interest. After a winning handicap debut the pick ran consistently as his mark rose last season. He looked in need of his return effort and having only found one too good off this mark last time he can improve again to go in on ground he likes. Fifty Moore was progressive in maidens and comes into his first handicap start off a workable rating as does Taste The Victory, who is from a yard who aren't afraid to back their charges. Elmfield Giant races from bottom weight and should be seen to better effect with 3lbs removed from his back. Sweet Child O'Mine is consistent but is just falling short of the mark at present so with First Cat looking progressive he gets the nod.
