Kieren Fallon has plenty of good rides at Pontefract, not least of which is Highland Games who gets the nod over Polish Corridor, Astrocharm and Factor Fifteen. Highland Games has been highly tried in tough handicaps at Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood, and was not disgraced at either meeting. Eighth to Fantastic Love in the King George V Stakes and sixth to No Refuge in the Tote Gold Trophy are performances that give him a leading chance in this company. Earlier successful at Yarmouth and Windsor, Highland Games will be taking on older horses for the first time but looks up to the task. Polish Corridor is a course and distance winner who has been hard to place, while Astrocharm has showed up well on one or two occasions. Factor Fifteen is always in at the thick of things but has crept up the weights since scoring at Sandown in May and will probably be held again here, notably by Highland Games who has a better chance than most.
