Derby entry Petroglyph has an eye-catching pedigree and is fancied to make a wining debut, while Sivota and the selection's stablemate Adonita also merit plenty of respect. Adonita is a half-sister to useful miler Advice and her fillies allowance will be a handy tool on the predicted ground. Much will depend on jockey bookings regarding stable preference, so a watchful eye on the betting would be a prudent move. Sivota has run with credit each time he has raced so far and shapes as if he has a race within him. Soft ground should not be an issue and a bold run can be expected. It would be remiss not to also mention Sagredo, who ran respectably here 22 days ago. He is going the right way and will be an interesting candidate in handicaps next season. However, Godolphin have a good handle on the worth of his form and can look to hold all the aces. With Petroglyph - a half-brother to Irish 2,000 Guineas winner Indian Haven - a stand out for us on this occasion.
