ARCTIC CAPE can take advantage of the penalty Lucky Dancer carries, while Don't Panic is another to add into the equation. The selection was a good handicapper on the level when trained by Mark Johnston and caught the eye on his debut over hurdles for David Pipe finishing second to Lucky Dancer at Worcester last time out. He was only beaten just over a length that day running off level weights but is now seven pounds better off with his rival this time around which ought to be enough to reverse the placings. Don't Panic has been a top handicapper on the level for Peter Chapple-Hyam and currently has a flat rating as high as 104. He has proved he can gallop but has not proved he can stay this extended two mile trip, and as he was a miler on the flat it is uncertain whether he possesses that ability. If he can translate his flat form and stay the trip he would be a very interesting contender. Arctic Cape however has shown enough on his debut and is difficult to oppose.
