Plenty of these have chances but marginal preference is for the consistent Rio Riva, who is just preferred to Salinja and Supaseus. The last mentioned is less exposed than most of these but has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper for his win at Ascot last month and he may now be a shade high in the weights. Blue Spinnaker has claims on the pick of his form but that is generally over further than this trip, while Rain Stops Play has more to do than when narrowly beating Salinja here earlier this month and there should not be a great deal to choose between the pair on these revised terms. Plum Pudding is strictly held on running in that contest but would have claims on earlier form, although a better bet looks to be Rio Riva, who has shown a consistent level of form of late and again has trip and ground conditions to suit.
