          Verdict

          This is a wide open affair and many would have chances on their best form, but the principles look to be Coconut Penang, Heretic, Material Witness and Ettrick Water, and the vote goes to Coconut Penang. The selection ran well on his first run for his new yard when second behind Lafi at Royal Ascot. He runs off the same mark and with conditions again in his favour he is taken to score. Heretic was fourth behind Putra Pekan last time over a mile in a Listed race at Ascot. He will find this handicap company much easier but the drop in trip is not sure to suit and for that reason he is passed over. Material Witness has won his last two races in game fashion but he only had a short head to spare over Misterinch last time and he looks vulnerable off a higher mark in this more competitive affair. Ettrick Water is another in fine form but he would need the rain to stay away to be seen to his best. Maghanim was a good second behind Unscrupulous last time at Royal Ascot and is another that should go well, but for the winner we return to Coconut Penang.
