A very competitive claiming race and we will take a chance with Bailieborough, Ruby Legend and Sting Like A Bee are put forward as the main rivals. The selection has been in great form recently having landed a couple of similar events art Musselburgh and Beverley. This is probably his best trip and with Jamie Spencer in the plate he must go very close. Ruby Legend has been knocking on the door recently and his latest effort at this course when second to Press Express in a handicap makes very good reading. Sting Like A Bee has been in consistent form in handicaps this season and although he has a little bit to find on official ratings he should still be involved in the finish. Mehmaas and Slavonic both have plenty of ability and can also be considered for each-way purposes, but Bailieborough has the strongest recent form and gets the vote.
