          Verdict

          Inthar wasn't given the best of rides in a slowly run race at Kempton in November and is probably better than an 83-rated handicapper. He can go well here along with his his stablemate Mawhub, a winner at Newmarket in August and having his first start in Dubai. Paul Hanagan has been amongst the winners and has a good ride here on Funon, a dual winner at Longchamp and at Jebel Ali in November, but it's HADBA who looks the one to be on. He scored over the C&D last March, beating Busker by two lengths, and though not quite unable to cope with that winner on his reappearance that was over a mile and this is his trip. Paschendale always goes well here and looks a threat but Moonlight Dash will be having his first start on the surface.
