Verdict

Little Brown Bear has been acquitting himself well off similar marks and is the TEAMtalk selection to gain a deserved success in this modest contest. The son of Strong Gale is a thorough stayer who will relish the fast conditions and looks worth following after a narrow defeat at Sedgefield last month. Red Emperor has twice disappointed since landing a heavy ground handicap at Newcastle in March (5lb higher here) and has a six-month absence to overcome while both Mothers Help and Atomic Breeze look on the downgrade.
