An awful contest where minimal stakes or preferably a trip to the bar is advised, but for those wanting a selection then A Teen is advised, while Beverley Beau and Cool Tiger can go well enough in a race of little interest. A Teen does at least have c&d winning form to his name and Paul Howling's gelding races over his optimum trip. However, he is on the downgrade so caution is advised, but his general form is good enough to suggest he might take his turn to win again. To give Beverley Beau, who has a strike rate of one from 57, a chance here says everything about this race but even his moderate form can get him involved, while Paul Howling will have the best idea as to the relative merits of the selection and Cool Tiger, who is 4lb below his last winning mark so may also have a squeak. Nothing else fires the imagination and this really is a race to avoid, but if you must, try calling the A Teen.
