A good handicap with plenty of competition and the tentative vote goes to THE KYLLACHY KID, while there are a host of potential dangers. The selection tries this trip of a mile for the first time here and is well worth a try. He has to prove himself on this surface, but there is no reason why he shouldn't act on it, and pedigree suggests that he will probably get the trip. That is supported by his most recent run, when he was a running on fifth at Wolverhampton over 7f, and we will chance him today. Orpsie Boy is another interesting contender stepped up in trip, though he may just have a few pounds too many. Benandonner is now 4lbs better off with Autumn Blades, who finished a head clear of Mike Murphy's gelding over course and distance last month, and both look capable of being competitive. Audemar and Vainglory both won their penultimate starts, though as a result both now look held by the handicapper. The same comment applies to five-time course winner Mr Willis, and the suggestion for today is The Kyllachy Kid.
