The finale can go the way of Rapid City with Kyles Prince and Trifti both worth noting. The selection was in good form before the new year winning at Wolverhamton and Lingfield. He went up seven pounds for his last success and a further two pounds for finishing second over course and distance last time out. The handicapper may well have got a hold of him for the time being but this is a poor contest so connections must feel confident of further success. Kyles Prince is lightly raced and has won two races form eight runs. His last success was over course and distance back in October and since then he disappointed finishing mid field over the same trip. Again he looks a little exposed now but has to be given a chance on his old form so is one to note. As is Trifti who has been running with credit of late. He steps back up in trip which should suit. But for the winner we return to Rapid City.
