Verdict

Spear Thistle won't mind the ground but it's questionable as to whether he's as good as he once was. Take Over Sivola continues to disappoint while Ringa Bay is hard to fancy on recent form and Time To Think returns from an absence, though the defeat of Hunt Ball at Plumpton in January would give her a big chance if she's fully wound-up. Delgany Gunner is the safest option as he's rarely far away in the grade but the enigmatic NEWTON TONIC would just about win this if on a going day and gets the nod with the ground having turned in his favour.
