Golden Feather gets the tentative vote here with General Jumbo and Indebted put forward as the main dangers. The selection shaped really well on his debut when third behind Tasdeed at Doncaster. The second in that race Daniel Thomas has since been out and won and with the slight step up in trip in his favour he should take all the beating with Jimmy Fortune booked for the ride. General Jumbo is a strapping colt and he will be a big danger to our selection as he really caught the eye on his debut when a close second behind Spear Thistle at Nottingham. He is sure to come on for that run and should go well. Indebted is a well-bred filly from the Jeremy Noseda yard and she could be interesting on her debut if the market speaks in her favour. A similar comment would apply to Dukes Point, but those with racecourse experience set a good standard here and we will stick with Golden Feather as our idea of the winner.
