Heresmynumber was in good form over fences in the spring scoring at Fakenham and Sedgefield on testing ground. She's 3lb lower back over hurdles so has to be on the shortlist despite a long absence. CIGARISI won a heavy ground maiden at Plumpton in February last year and was returning from a long absence in a better race than this at Sandown last month where he was well supported. He didn't quite get the run of the race and compensation awaits. He should have the beating of Deebaj, who finished just in front of him on the Esher track but Max Do Brazil, who hasn't won since scoring in France almost three years ago, was undoubtedly over-rated by the assessor and has dropped to his lowest mark since joining David Pipe. Telegraph Place was the shock winner of a novices' race at Warwick in May but changed stables and never showed on his handicap debut at Kempton last month. Some Can Dance made a very promising start in handicaps on heavy going at Ffos Las and there should be more progress to come
