A competitive little heat, which is a seller in all but name. Davos impressed when winning at Southwell and certainly won with more in hand than the official verdict suggest's. He has plenty of pace and won't be inconvenienced by this shorter trip. However, he faces a difficult task to give over a stone to Little Louis, taking into account Derek Nolan's claim. Little Louis took a while to lose his maiden tag and has since run well in defeat. He has nothing to fear from Efimac, whom he meets on 10lbs better terms for a neck on their running at Wolverhampton, and he also holds Tommy Nutter, who was four lengths behind him and yet meets his conqueror on 11lbs worse terms. Badou, from a powerful yard, is respected at this level but, he will have to improve on what he has shown so far if he is to take a hand in this.
