      Verdict

      LONDON ARCH made a very encouraging debut at Chelmsford then went to Newcastle where he was going right away at the finish over a mile. His pedigree suggests he should be even better over this trip and he had almost 3 lengths to spare over Pitcher's Point on that run. However, the latter has improved subsequently and is 7lb better off so there shouldn't be much in it this time. Margueritedevalois is the third foal of a mare who has produced winners with her first two offspring and she'll be receiving 12lb with her allowance while Quantum Dawn didn't appear to be suited by Fibresand on his debut.
