Sungio is in top form at present and can land this at the expense of Failed To Hit and Branston Nell. Brendan Powell's gelding was successful at Wolverhampton last time but his best performance was in defeat when he ran a cracker to finish a close third behind Beyond The Pole and Tropical Son. That form was given a timely boost on Sunday so Sungio holds very strong claims. Failed To Hit came to form this time last year, although most of his recent efforts have been at Wolverhampton, he has gone well here in the past. One of the more interesting runners is Branston Nell who was successful at Catterick during the summer and has shown decent form here before. You can ignore her most recent effort at Wolverhampton as she badly needed the run. It would be no surprise to see this one run into a place at a big price. The Last Mohican and Radiant Bride are consistent against this type of opposition and are worth a mention, however for the selection it has to be Sungio.
