Verdict

After beating the useful Lord Windermere at Navan, Dylan Ross has been well beaten in better company and will be more at home in this grade. Rupert Lamb has progressed steadily since joining Willie Mullins and there looked more to come when he made all over the track and trip in January. Savello is getting his act together and looked a nice prospect when scoring comfortably at Clonmel but all will need to make further progress if they are to lower the colours of COOTAMUNDRA. He's proving to be a much better chaser than hurdler and put a debut fall over fences behind him with several fine efforts at Grade 2 level, form that should be good enough to give him a first success over the bigger obstacles.
