The penultimate race on the card is a tough three-year-old maiden and the vote goes to VANILLA RUM ahead of Dever Dream and Suzy Alexander. Henry Candy does very well with his sprinters and his son of Reset should be able to make his presence felt here after a good comeback run. He had the worst of the draw at Kempton but still managed to put in a decent run staying on in an eye catching fashion to get up for third. That was in a slightly better race so with normal progression he should be in the shake up here. Dever Dream is a once raced daughter of Oasis Dream from the Willie Haggas yard and she made and nice introduction in a Newmarket maiden which has already thrown up winners. She is back from a break which will make things tougher but she is sure to go well. Suzy Alexander ran well behind a far superior rival 27 days ago. She has been pulled out of a number of races since which is a concern but her form is handy and is another who will be in the firing line. Another's to note in a tough maiden are Gold Gleam and Vertumnus but the Henry Candy runner gets the vote.
