Verdict

Fear Siuil has the advantage of fitness over most of his rivals and is taken as the TEAMtalk selection to land this at decent odds. The nine-year-old has shown improved form this season and will appreciate the firm ground. His effort last time out carrying a welter weight at Stratford was good enough form to land this for rookie trainer Nick Williams. Ichi Beau has the ability to land this contest and has run well fresh. His stable, however, is in woeful form and for this reason he is passed over. Returning won four races this time of the year last season and has the ability to handle any ground. However this trip looks short of ideal and he may have to settle for minor honours. Castle Prince improved steadily last season and if reproducing his run at Sandown in April he holds every chance though he does look a little in the handicappers grip.
