Salt Of The Earth should prove tough to beat here and he is taken to score over Sparton Duke and Wherry. Terry Mills has done well with his runners so far this year and Salt Of The Earth was only narrowly beaten behind Requisite at Lingfield last time. He is open to further improvement and from a good draw he should go very well. Sparton Duke has to be of interest as he went off favourite when last seen at Redcar in June. He disappointed that day but he clearly has ability and from a good draw he is respected. Wherry is an interesting newcomer from a top yard and she is another that has the benefit of a good high draw. Jane Chapple-Hyam's Hero Heart could prove best of the others, but this looks a good opportunity for Salt Of The Earth who is taken to score.
