In depth

Verdict

Ghostwriting is 5lb higher than when winning a Doncaster nursery last season, though he's not easily dismissed from a yard in flying form. Solar Deity had a couple of subsequent winners behind when scoring over C&D on his debut including Galician, who re-opposes on better terms, but the former pair have a high draw to contend with here. Ryan Moore takes over the reins on Shamaal Nibras, a well-beaten third at Wolverhampton last month, but despite that fact a chance is taken on stable companion AMAZING STORM. Three winners came out of the race he won under Pat Dobbs at Newmarket in August and he should be able to take up a good position from a decent draw in this and go very close.
