In depth

Verdict

Polyphon, L'Oiseau and Fiori are three against the field in another wide open affair and the tentative vote is given to the last named. The selection won well last time out when beating Red Hustler and although he has a penalty for that win he still remains well handicapped on his form of a couple of seasons ago he gain has conditions to suit and he will be hard to beat. Polyphon rates the main danger as he won in facile fashion last time out when beating Ameras but this looks more competitive and he has looked a bridle horse in the past and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. L'Oiseau is another worthy of respect he won a hurdle race last time out when beating Water King. However he returns to chasing on a high enough mark and with his stable having a quiet spell he is over looked. Bob's Buster has conditions to suit and ran as if about to hit form when second behind Key Phil last time so is worth noting in the market. Of the remainder Celtic Legend is another with place claims if he has not been effected by his fall last time out but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Fiori.
